Preventive measures COVID-19

The Lodge Wine & Business Hotel meets the hygiene and cleaning requirements necessary for the prevention and control of covid-19 and holds the Clean & Safe seal issued by Turismo de Portugal.

For your health and safety we have implemented several preventive measures



Upon arrival, your luggage will be disinfected externally. A body temperature measurement is performed on all guests and clients entering the premises.

We provide hand sanitising gel at all hotel entrances and also disinfecting mats for your shoes.

If you do not have a protective mask, one will be provided at your entrance


Public Spaces

The use of a mask is compulsory in all enclosed spaces in accordance with the regulations stipulated by the national health authority and must be worn when circulating in public areas within our premises.

For your protection, we provide alcohol gel dispensers in all public areas, including reception, bar, restaurant, swimming pool, gym, meeting rooms, toilets and lifts.

We have dedicated teams to clean and disinfect surfaces more frequently, which use antiviral products.


Restaurant and Bar

The occupancy capacity of the restaurant and bar is set at only 70% of the maximum. Tables are kept at a safe distance of at least 2 metres from each other.

Tables and chairs are disinfected after use by each customer;

The menus are made available through a QR code, which avoids the contact of several people with the same surface.

The restaurant has a buffet service during breakfast with only one employee handling it.


Gym and Pool

The gym is only used by appointment and with a maximum limit of 2 people, and the equipment disinfected after each use.

Before entering the pool area you must disinfect your hands and maintain a safety distance between guests and staff. Sun loungers will be kept at a minimum distance of 2 metres from each other.



Inside the room there is a small kit, which includes a disposable mask and a disinfectant gel pack.

All rooms are sanitised using a nebuliser after each check-out and using viricidal products for daily cleaning.

The air conditioning and ventilation systems in the rooms and all public areas will not be circular allowing the air to be released to the outside space, reducing the risk of contamination.


New cleaning technologies

Adapting to the new reality, we use electrostatic nebulizers to disinfect the surfaces every night after the service, in all public spaces, and also in all rooms, after check-out.

Employee Training

All employees received department-specific training regarding the COVID-19 internal prevention protocol.
